Description

You will design, build, and maintain software applications for the Texas Student Data System, owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of user requirements and produce detailed design documents.
• Write, maintain, and debug code using industry standards and specific customer requirements.
• Execute testing by creating test data, cases, and scripts to verify alignment.
• Maintain technical documentation including process flows, data models, and test plans.
• Collaborate with the team on sprint tasks, architecture discussions, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SQL (CRUD, joins, group by, having, where).
• 8+ years of experience with referential integrity and database tuning techniques.
• 8+ years of experience using Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and Exception handling.
• 8+ years of experience working the full Software Development Life Cycle in an Object-Oriented framework.
• 8+ years of experience with XML, JSON, API testing, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• 4+ years of experience designing, coding, and supporting business/validation reports using Jasper.
• Any Graduate degree.
