Description

You will design, implement, and maintain database objects, security, and large-scale data integration routines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data mapping, cleansing, and transformation routines for system-to-system data movement.
• Design and maintain database objects including tables, views, and indexes while tuning for data warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with Data Architects to develop optimal data models and establish metadata governance processes.
• Ensure data quality through audit controls, proactive monitoring, and scheduled integrity checks.
• Manage deployments, coordinate releases, and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
• 3+ years of BI development leveraging Microsoft SQL Server with expert-level T-SQL proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience with SSIS and Stored Procedures.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerBI.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical design for ODS, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical enablement.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with Azure Data Warehouse (Synapse).
• 1-2 years of experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL VMs, ETL, and Data Lake.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Business, or Commerce required.
