Description

You will design and maintain data warehousing solutions on SQL Server and Azure, ensuring data integrity and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL routines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory for large-scale data movement and transformation.
• Design database objects including tables, views, indexes, and security models while managing source-to-target mappings.
• Translate business requirements into technical data models and analytic reports in collaboration with stakeholders and architects.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot Azure performance issues, and manage deployments via GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers on cloud platform development and technical enablement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• 5+ years of expertise in Microsoft SQL Server with advanced T-SQL and stored procedure development.
• 5+ years of experience with SSIS and ETL design patterns.
• 3-5 years of experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL VMs, and cloud ETL development.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), and operational data stores.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing tasks.
• Experience with Azure database tools, including Azure Data Studio and Azure Analytics Studio.
• Familiarity with MySQL and data lake ingestion techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading data integration efforts and technical mentoring.
