Description

Own the enterprise data platform supporting multiple products and business applications. Design, implement, and maintain scalable database solutions using SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the enterprise data platform and reporting solutions across the SQL Server ecosystem.
• Develop new Tabular models and Power BI datasets for integration with business products.
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and index management to ensure efficient data retrieval.
• Use SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) for database modeling, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with application developers and product teams to analyze requirements and deliver secure, maintainable code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Database Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• Experience with SSIS for data integration and SSRS for reporting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Exposure to cloud-based database solutions.
• Experience supporting production systems and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and SQL Sentry for version control, tracking, and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience following Agile methodologies for planning, development, and delivery.
