Description

You will design, develop, and deploy complex application databases and data processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop database objects including Views, Materialized Views, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.
• Build and manage ETL data pipelines across multiple data sources.
• Optimize database performance, scalability, and storage growth predictions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and provide technical workarounds.
• Execute unit testing to validate data accuracy and ensure high-quality production deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database development roles.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and database design.
• Experience building scalable, resilient, cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Security, including IAM Roles, Policies, Security Groups, and Encryption keys.
• Experience with event-based, micro-batch, and batch high-volume data processing.
• Proficiency with GitHub or similar code repository and release management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking domain.
• Exposure to public cloud ETL tools.
