Description

You will develop and manage database objects and automation workflows across Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle objects including Jobs, Schedulers, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Packages, and DB links.
• Manage PostgreSQL architecture, including data types, functions, triggers, views, and extensions.
• Implement table partitioning and perform query tuning to optimize performance.
• Automate PostgreSQL activities using Ansible or Python scripts.
• Execute database backup and restore operations and manage data loading via SQL loader.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant database development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle development including constraints and data objects.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL architecture and PgAdmin.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python scripts for automation.
• Experience with Ansible for database activity automation.
• Practical knowledge of Table Partitioning and SQL loader.
• Ability to perform query tuning and database optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
