Description

You will design, maintain, and optimize database systems to ensure stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design stable databases and modify them based on user requests.
• Optimize and maintain legacy systems while performing regular testing.
• Solve database usage issues, malfunctions, and performance bottlenecks.
• Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish technical best practices.
• Gather user requirements to identify new features and provide data management support.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in database development.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and MySQL stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and Oracle DB Administration.
• In-depth understanding of data management, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with ODI, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Familiarity with software development and web application user interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using Jira.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience researching and suggesting new database products, services, and protocols.
