You will design, develop, and maintain stable database systems, optimizing legacy environments and resolving usage issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, effective database structures and schemas.
• Optimize and maintain legacy database systems for performance.
• Modify databases based on requests and execute comprehensive tests.
• Troubleshoot database malfunctions and usage issues.
• Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Database Developer.
• Expertise in Oracle Database and hands-on PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
• Experience with Oracle DB Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of data management, including permissions, recovery, and security.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with MySQL.
