Description

You will design and implement database-driven applications to support business processes. You will optimize operational efficiency through effective database application design in high-intensity Oracle and SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and modify computer applications using database development technologies.
  • Analyze user requirements to design software solutions and customize tools for client use.
  • Retrieve and operate data efficiently from high-intensity Oracle and SQL Server environments.
  • Implement data warehousing advances under supervision.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in T-SQL within a SQL Server environment.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL within an Oracle environment.
  • Experience developing and modifying database-based applications.
  • Ability to analyze user needs for software solution design.
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies.
  • Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field with 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field with 5 years of progressive work experience.
