You will design, develop, and implement database solutions that meet business requirements and maintain data integrity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, and indexes to improve system performance and scalability.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to manipulate and analyze data.
• Perform data modeling and design to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate database systems with applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization.
• Experience with database design and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with database security and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
