Description

You will own application support and database maintenance for integrated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, break fix, and system monitoring.
• Implement approved enhancements, configuration changes, and data integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, documenting root causes and solutions.
• Translate business functional needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain documentation for system interfaces, mappings, configurations, and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL).
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server in a Retail domain preferred.
• Knowledge of Perl or Python scripting languages.
• Experience performing unit testing and supporting QA/UAT efforts.
• Familiarity with change management processes and vendor incident coordination.
• Bachelor's degree required.
