Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and documentation of scalable database solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life-cycle development of data-centric applications.
• Design and maintain database objects including tables, indexes, views, and synonyms.
• Perform database performance tuning using AWR reports and partitioning.
• Interface with other teams using Agile software delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable relational database services.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or better.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Solid understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL tuning and database performance optimization.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting in Bash or Python.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and programming in Java or Python.
• Experience with version control and DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Understanding of information security and access control protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) such as Oracle GoldenGate.
