Description

You will lead data analysis efforts for customer risk analytics, impact analyses, and metrics reporting within the financial crimes compliance program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain components of the financial crimes compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide in-depth data analysis on AML models, including Customer Risk, Product Risk, AML Country Risk, and Industry Risk.
• Lead complex, large-scale, or long-term business activity evaluations and investigations.
• Communicate technical findings to peers, managers, and stakeholders to support broad-impact initiatives.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex query writing and optimization.
• Experience with relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, or Sanctions.
