Description

You will develop business requirements and functionality within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
• Develop responsive email templates, SMS messages, and landing pages using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Design and maintain workflows in Automation Studio to automate file transfers, data extractions, and messaging.
• Manage data extensions, data filters, and integrations between systems via web services and APIs.
• Test new functionality through unit, user acceptance, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong SQL and AMPscript skills for data manipulation and messaging.
• Experience with Data Integration and connecting external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of SOQL, SFTP, and web services.
• Experience with SharePoint and platform development.
• Salesforce Certified Apex Specialist certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Experience with Medicaid or healthcare claims system IT projects.
