Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of database development, from initial requirements through to implementation and release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL code to support application requirements.
• Analyze query execution plans and design optimizations to improve performance.
• Manage database tuning through indexing and partitioning strategies.
• Provide on and off-hours production support for database systems.
• Liaise with users and engineering teams to establish database best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle database environments.
• Strong command of PL/SQL and writing efficient SQL.
• Proven experience with query tuning and execution plan analysis.
• Hands-on experience with indexing and partitioning techniques.
• Ability to work independently from requirement gathering to final release.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or MariaDB.
• Proficiency in Python, Unix shell scripting, or Windows PowerShell.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and systems.
