Description

You will design and develop scalable database systems and data warehouses using Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Snowflake-based database systems and schemas to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Build and maintain data warehouses capable of handling large-scale datasets.
• Develop efficient ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Write complex SQL queries to manage and retrieve data across various databases.
• Integrate data with BI tools for visualization and decision-making.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in database development.
• Expertise in Snowflake, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Matillion, or Talend.
• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting for automation and data handling.
• Experience with Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data marts, and data lakes.
