Database Developer with SSAS

You will design, develop, and maintain relational databases and analytical solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain relational database schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Develop multidimensional and tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Build and optimize ETL processes using Azure Data Factory or SSIS to integrate data into the warehouse.
• Optimize database queries, SSAS cubes, and ETL processes to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement data security measures including role-based access control, encryption, and data masking.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in database development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for multidimensional and tabular models.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Analysis Services.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and performance optimization.
• Ability to optimize indexing strategies and query execution plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
