Description

You will design, implement, and optimize database systems to support enterprise applications with high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement database architectures ensuring scalability and performance.
• Maintain and optimize database environments across the organization.
• Implement backup and recovery tools and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure adherence to database security best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in database engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, and partitioning.
• Familiarity with cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, AWS Database Specialty).
