Description

Manage and support database environments across Azure and on-premise infrastructures, ensuring high availability and resolving technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines using APIs, ingestion, and streaming methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a technical support capacity.
• Provide production support for big data environments in cloud and on-premise settings.
• Manage and maintain database services to meet quality and ticketing metrics.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL.
• Expert-level understanding of Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Proficiency in designing data pipelines using APIs.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing support.
