Description

You will manage and maintain database systems while performing site reliability engineering duties.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sybase, MSSQL, and Postgres database environments.
• Implement Sybase replication and manage job scheduling using Ctrl-M.
• Develop automation scripts using Perl, Shell, and Python.
• Operate within Linux environments and utilize DevOps tools.
• Handle service requests and incident management through ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• 1+ year of direct experience with Sybase, MSSQL, or Postgres.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Perl and Shell scripting.
• Ability to write code in Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Business, or Engineering.
