Description

You will lead data engineering solutions and technical escalations for asset management data services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data access layers to support multiple applications and reporting products.
• Develop end-to-end data engineering solutions for capability improvements and lifecycle initiatives.
• Execute the migration of existing data platforms to cloud-based solutions.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval designs for both applications and batch processes.
• Lead small development teams and serve as an escalation point for support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database engineering.
• Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency with Unix and Autosys.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ETL development using Informatica.
• Strong understanding of data movement and data warehousing concepts.
• Competency in SQL performance tuning.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools including Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building solutions using AWS cloud technologies.
• Domain knowledge of Portfolio Management, Research, and Asset Management.
