You will manage and optimize PostgreSQL database systems for long-term projects, ensuring stability and performance across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain PostgreSQL database instances.
• Write and optimize database queries using Ruby.
• Ensure database stability and performance across development, staging, and production environments.
• Support database architecture and schema design decisions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in database engineering.
• Deep expertise with PostgreSQL internals and management.
• Proficiency in Ruby for database-related scripting and integration tasks.
• Strong foundational knowledge of database management systems, indexing, and query optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
