Description

You will manage and optimize highly transactional database environments across MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage MongoDB replica sets and sharding configurations to ensure scalability.
• Implement High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups for MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Automate database deployments using tools like Ansible or Jenkins.
• Identify and automate manual processes to solve operational challenges.
• Maintain security best practices across all database instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commercial experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Deep expertise in MongoDB querying and the Aggregation Framework.
• Strong Linux administration skills, preferably with CentOS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Node.js, AngularJS, Nest, GraphQL, Kafka, and ELK.
• Knowledge of additional relational or NoSQL databases.
