Description

You will maintain and enhance database performance, design new storage solutions, and ensure system optimization through monitoring and debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new database programs and scripts to meet data storage needs.
• Monitor database systems to ensure optimized performance and resolve conflicts.
• Write and execute SQL queries, including joins and aggregations, and analyze execution plans.
• Implement ETL processes and manage data storage capacity expansion.
• Mentor database administrators and document design, configuration, and backup processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with database technologies and architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or higher).
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency with source control and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
