Description

You will design, build, and maintain database environments and automation workflows across Windows and Linux platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the existing database environment and automation workflows.
• Develop self-service and automation-driven solutions with the Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Partner with software developers and trading teams to optimize and scale database access.
• Maintain database infrastructure in internal and external-facing environments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or database engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one database platform: SQL Server, Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or comparable professional experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with multiple departments.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, information security concepts, and operating system internals.
