Description

You will develop and optimize the Customer Service Database tool using Java and MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing Java/Eclipse environment and user requirements to identify necessary corrections.
• Write and implement Java code to resolve performance issues, including system slowness and blockages.
• Validate developments using a MySQL test database and document results in validation reports.
• Deploy compiled software versions to department users and incorporate feedback into subsequent iterations.
• Maintain configuration management by archiving source code and creating version sheets detailing modifications.
