Description

You will manage database source code, branching strategies, and automated delivery solutions for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle DDL/DML code within enterprise environments.
• Integrate database development workflows with Git, Bitbucket, and other source control systems.
• Manage multiple repositories and handle parallel development streams.
• Define branching strategies and enforce database source code management standards.
• Collaborate with CI/CD and database teams to optimize delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Database Source Code Management.
• Proficiency in Python and Git/Bitbucket.
• Expertise in Oracle and/or SQL Server DBA tasks.
• Advanced PL/SQL development and management skills.
• Hands-on experience with DDL/DML change management tools such as TOAD, Redgate, Flyway, or Liquibase.
• Experience implementing database code management at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of integrating databases into source control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bitbucket automation, Ansible, or Atlassian tools like JIRA.
• AWS or Azure experience and relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of Postgres, MongoDB, or Unix/Windows operating systems.
• Experience with data governance and masking tools.
