Description

You will support the migration of community and database assets from legacy software to new platforms, ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Track migration progress and resolve issues while maintaining documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain a survey library categorized by product type and end use for consistent data collection.
• Design and implement standardized report templates for specific business divisions.
• Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user onboarding documentation.
• Organize and ensure accessibility of image assets within the new software environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing transitions, including process and data migration support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formula creation for tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information across teams.
• Demonstrated project management experience covering planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Experience in community management, focusing on user engagement and feedback collection.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs and user guides tailored to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience handling and interpreting large datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
