Description

You will build and iterate on critical reports and metrics to support business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide stakeholders through requirements gathering to define specific metrics and dashboard needs.
• Investigate datasets to ensure fitness for purpose and maintain high attention to detail during calculation builds.
• Design and develop data visualizations, including trending, charting, and varying levels of granularity.
• Communicate directly with users to collect, structure, and store information.
• Mentor and teach others to assist in upskilling the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and metric display.
• Hands-on experience with the Snowflake data platform.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to define metrics and lead projects from inception to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in collecting, structuring, and storing data.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with automation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Knowledge of SAS.
