Description

Administer, configure, and optimize Databricks environments while building scalable cloud data platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Databricks workspaces and clusters.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services including S3, IAM, Glue, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Develop automation and data engineering solutions using Python, SQL, and Scala.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Implement cloud security, governance, and monitoring best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks administration and platform management.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or Scala.
• Solid experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other relational/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
