Description

Design and implement data architectures and analytics solutions within the Azure Databricks ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Apache Spark and Azure Databricks.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions within Azure Cloud environments.
• Lead the transition of data workloads from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Develop and present proofs of concept for key technology components to project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in the Data and Analytics domain.
• Extensive expertise in Data Architecture and solutioning, specifically with Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Databricks Spark.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala programming languages.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Working knowledge of analytics databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Teradata.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Hadoop to Cloud migrations.
