Description

You will lead the technical architecture and integration of Databricks as an enterprise AI/ML platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable, secure, and compliant Databricks-based architectures for AI/ML and data engineering workloads.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to align solutions with organizational standards and data sovereignty requirements.
• Architect integrations with internal and external data sources to enable efficient ingestion, transformation, and access for analytics workflows.
• Develop frameworks and tools that enable data scientists and analysts to deploy models via self-service.
• Implement a ModelOps strategy to manage model lifecycle, governance, versioning, and deployment at scale.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade data and AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven ability to design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architectures, data governance, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ModelOps strategies, including versioning and deployment automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
