Role Overview:

This role is for a Data Architect with a strong focus on digital solutions, data architecture, and emerging digital frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding how digital solutions transform business models, with a significant emphasis on data modeling, end-to-end data lifecycle management, and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand and track new developments of how digital solutions are changing or have the potential to transform current models of business.
• Strong familiarity with emerging digital frameworks and patterns, Information Security and Data access controls.
• Knowledge of IoT platforms and data collection solutions to support IoT projects (i.e. business automation, manufacturing, asset management, health, asset tracking, smart utilities, etc.).
• Experience of working with platform/package vendors and their solution teams as part of architecting the overall solution.
• Technical acumen and proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies, tools, and governance/standards.
• Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing data modelling, at a conceptual, logical and physical level.
• Experience with accountability for E2E Data Architecture and Lifecycle (including non-functional requirements and operations) management.
• Understands industry recognised data modelling patterns and standards.

• Exposure to other cloud solutions (Google, AWS)
