Description

You will design and build scalable data engineering solutions using Databricks, applying deep knowledge of the insurance domain and its regulatory standards. You will lead data architecture initiatives, manage project delivery through Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and guide teams in solving complex data problems. You are responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing analytics workflows, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data engineering pipelines on Databricks.

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Databricks platform and workflows.
• Proven experience in the insurance domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP cloud platforms.
• Advanced machine learning implementation experience.
