Description

You will lead the migration of workloads from Hadoop Cloudera to Databricks, owning the end-to-end process from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the migration process from Hadoop Cloudera to Databricks.
• Design and architect the Databricks environment to optimize for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Databricks clusters and workloads for efficient processing.
• Implement security best practices and ensure data compliance within the environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proven expertise in data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of ETL process development.
• Experience migrating workloads from Hadoop Cloudera.
• Experience with cloud computing environments.
• Proficiency in data analytics and data engineering workflows.
