Description

You will independently design, build, and launch production data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. You own the data models, ensuring availability, quality, security, and compliance for large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL pipelines to solve business problems.
• Build and maintain data models supporting evolving requirements.
• Implement logging and monitoring to ensure data availability.
• Troubleshoot data infrastructure issues and resolve production incidents.
• Optimize existing processes for operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks, EMR, and Hadoop.
• Hands-on SQL database design and ETL tools.
• Experience with cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Strong scripting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data privacy and compliance controls.
• Background in data quality frameworks.
