Description

You will develop data platform solutions within the Data Strategy team, focusing on reference data systems for securities and pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data platform solutions on the Azure Cloud Platform.
• Build reference data systems for securities and pricing data across capital markets.
• Execute ETL/ELT processes to support various data domains.
• Coordinate with the Data Strategy team to follow internal development standards.
• Manage API Gateways and develop APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience using Python and PySpark.
• Extensive experience with Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen 2, Azure Data Fabric, and Azure Functions.
• Proficiency in managing API Gateways and developing APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of the DevOps lifecycle, including git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically with financial instruments, asset classes, and market data.
