Description

You will build and manage data infrastructure within a hybrid environment in Washington, D.C. to support the One Data portal.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain modern data pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Develop ETL processes leveraging cloud-based data warehousing architectures.
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure scalable and robust architecture.
• Manage data governance protocols using Collibra.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• 7-10 years of experience in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
• 7-10 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• 7-10 years of experience with Collibra Data Governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, RDS, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with programming languages including Scala, Java, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong background in database design and Apache Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud-based data warehousing architectures.
