Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Own the design and construction of data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and manage data pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
• Drive adoption of modern data paradigms such as Data Mesh and Medallion Architecture.
• Design cost-optimized data platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data architecture or data engineering within an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Expertise with Databricks, Azure Purview, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and LLM Integration concepts.
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
• Experience with Databricks Catalog and Scala.

Preferred Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience.
• Experience with Azure data services beyond core platform.
