Description

You will manage and maintain the Databricks platform infrastructure across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain Databricks workspaces across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
• Configure and manage Lakehouse SQL Warehouses, ensuring reliable connectivity via JDBC/ODBC.
• Implement and manage user access controls, roles, and permissions within Databricks.
• Support platform operations by monitoring workspace health, cluster usage, and job execution.
• Act as the primary Databricks platform Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the customer location.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience as a Databricks Administrator.
• Experience administering Databricks across multiple environments, including knowledge of workspaces, clusters, jobs, libraries, and secrets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts for data platforms and enabling Databricks deployments.
• Understanding of Lakehouse architecture and general data platform operations.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to work independently at a customer location with minimal handholding.
