Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Databricks practice strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Lead large-scale data engineering program delivery and governance.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions across Azure and GCP environments.
• Establish best practices for Databricks-based data pipelines and architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor data engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 20-30 years of experience in data engineering or data platform leadership.
• Strong expertise in Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading large-scale data engineering programs.
• Strong background in data architecture and distributed data systems.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and stakeholders.
• Strong program management and delivery governance experience.
