Description

You will provide technical expertise and hands-on development within the Databricks ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end data engineering projects using Databricks.
• Develop and optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance.
• Implement data solutions across various cloud data warehouses.
• Apply advanced Spark programming techniques to improve SQL performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Hands-on development experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift.
• Completion of Databricks Associate certification and required coursework.
• Completion of Apache Spark Programming, Data Engineering, and Optimizing Apache Spark on Databricks.
• Knowledge of Scala.
