What's the Job?

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive delivery plans for cloud migration workstreams and data center modernization projects.
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are met efficiently.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, driving velocity and cultural change within the organization.
  • Communicate technical and strategic updates effectively to both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, friction reduction, and business transformation across programs.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience in business transformation, modernization, and simplification initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage in complex, matrixed environments and influence through influence rather than authority.
  • Expertise in agile and iterative delivery methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Deep technical knowledge in areas such as cloud migration, data center build-out, app modernization, and enterprise technologies.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills and experience translating technical concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences
