Description

You will support data center operations through on-site technical service and system deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and commission systems for established service areas.
• Respond onsite to scheduled and unscheduled service requests within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults in PLCs, electromechanical, networking, and cooling systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and recommend procedural improvements.
• Assist in technical documentation, knowledge article creation, and customer training.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service or technical support.
• Experience reading mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware, including electro-mechanical equipment and controllers.
• Familiarity working with 124/208VAC and 48V DC.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to identify root causes.
• Sound technical judgment and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25-75% with limited notice.
