Description

Responsible for the physical installation, configuration, and maintenance of datacenter infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Document data center configurations, procedures, and hardware decommissioning processes.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols during hardware disposal and maintain accurate asset records.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or IT infrastructure support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Experience performing NVME drive installations and server configurations.
• Strong understanding of data center security standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and asset tracking systems.
• Ability to safely remove equipment from racks and handle physical infrastructure components.
• Collaborative mindset for working with IT teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree or certification in IT or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
