Description

You will engineer and maintain data streaming and API infrastructure across on-prem and AWS environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage data streaming and API services within OpenShift (On-prem) and AWS.
• Develop and maintain microservices and API architectures.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible.
• Integrate systems spanning on-prem infrastructure, AWS, and external tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex data and cloud system issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Expertise with SQL and various databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL, Aurora, Glue, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Kafka or real-time event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS services.
• Familiarity with system integration across hybrid cloud environments.
