Description

You will develop and implement networking software solutions, managing complex protocols and automation in a Linux environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement features and products from the ground up using C++.
• Manage and maintain complex network protocols including RSTP, OSPF, BGP, GRE, and IP routing.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell Scripting.
• Design multicore and multi-threaded applications for embedded real-time systems.
• Execute CI/CD workflows and unit testing using open-source tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ development on Linux.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols: RSTP, OSPF, BGP, GRE, and IP routing.
• Experience with embedded real-time operating systems (esp. Linux).
• Strong understanding of multicore and multi-threaded application design.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD frameworks and unit testing.
• Familiarity with open-source tools like Git, Jenkins, SonarCube, and pytest.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
