Description

You will lead the transition and transformation of Datadog monitoring solutions into client environments, acting as the primary L3 escalation point for complex technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of Datadog monitoring solutions by analyzing existing systems and executing integration plans.
• Design and implement advanced Datadog configurations to meet specific monitoring requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues during the transformation phase through hands-on troubleshooting.
• Optimize system performance by fine-tuning alerting, incident response, and reporting mechanisms.

Required Skills

• Datadog certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in monitoring and observability.
• Deep expertise in Datadog observability and tracing.
• Experience in Transition Management and monitoring solution integration.
• Proven background in Transformation Oversight and advanced tool configuration.
• Strong technical expertise in system analysis and performance optimization.
• Ability to serve as a high-level escalation point for complex technical issues.
