Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and optimize Datadog monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Lead and manage a team within a 24x7x365 operational setting.
• Drive cross-functional business initiatives and align technical objectives with senior management.
• Apply quality improvement methodologies like 6 Sigma, Kaizen, or Kanban to operational workflows.
• Ensure all monitoring and observability practices adhere to PCI requirements and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in observability and monitoring for distributed systems.
• Deep technical expertise in Datadog.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience managing teams in a multi-technology, multi-location environment.
• Proficiency with quality improvement tools such as 6 Sigma, Kaizen, or Kanban.
• Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and consensus-building skills.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PagerDuty.
