Description

Lead the design and implementation of Datadog solutions to monitor diverse infrastructure, applications, and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Datadog solutions across cloud platforms, container orchestration tools, and on-premises hosts.
• Manage Datadog Agent-based integrations, custom YAML configurations, and revision control.
• Automate monitoring and response processes in coordination with DevOps teams.
• Direct a team of monitoring engineers through mentorship, training, and technical guidance.
• Design performance monitoring solutions to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills

• At least 7 years of specific experience with Datadog.
• 10+ years of recent experience in the DevOps or SRE space.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Datadog dashboards, alerts, and log analysis.
• Experience with SIEM migration from tools such as New Relic, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux administration.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Datadog Certified Associate or Datadog Certified Professional certifications.
